Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Flare Creatives (“Flare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through flarecreatives.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly
When you submit an audit request, a Launch Sprint application, or otherwise contact us through a form on the Site, we collect the details you enter — which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, project details, and any other information you choose to share in the message field.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers (see Section 3) may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps, for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button on the Site, you leave flarecreatives.com and communicate with us directly through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry, audit request, or Launch Sprint application;
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and project scopes;
- Communicate with you about your project, including by email, phone, or WhatsApp;
- Send occasional newsletter updates, if you subscribe, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- Maintain the security, performance, and proper functioning of the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Data Retention
We retain information from form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver a project, and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link included in each email.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. International Users
Flare Creatives works with clients worldwide. If you contact us from outside the country in which our systems or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
